CREATION AND PROCESS

Contracting:
_{The Client must submit their request through one of our communication channels available on the contact page, remember to be clear about how you want the artwork to be done.
Once contact has been established and all the project details are defined, the agreed-upon amount must be paid in full before artwork begins.}


Workflow:
_{Upon payment confirmation, the order will commence.
A preliminary sketch will be sent for Client approval. All modifications must be requested exclusively at this stage.
After approval, additional changes will incur extra fees.
Before finalization, the work will be submitted for final confirmation, during which only minor adjustments (e.g., color refinement or details) will be permitted.}


Delivery:
_{The final file will be provided via Proton Drive in high resolution and will remain accessible for 30 days.}


Restrictions:
_{No alterations will be accepted after completed.
The use of the artwork for training Artificial Intelligence is not permitted.
Commercial use, redistribution or resale is prohibited without express written authorization.
The artist retains the right to use the artwork for self-promotion and to post it on their social media. If the client does not wish the artwork to be shared, must state this before the deal is made. The piece will not be used mass-produced, turned into merch, or resold to others.}

PAYMENT

Payment Methods:

Payment must be made in full before artwork can be started. If there is a waiting list, we will ask for payment when it is your turn. We only accept the payment methods listed above.</sub>

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation by the Artist:
_{The Artist reserves the right to cancel the commission at any time, refunding 100% of the paid amount. The artwork, even if partially completed, will not be delivered.}


Cancellation by the Client:
_{During the draft approval phase there will be a refund of 70% of the amount.
After final approval there will be no refund, but the Client will receive the completed artwork without entitlement to further adjustments.}

DEADLINES
_{The estimated delivery time will be provided after sketch approval, excluding queue waiting time. Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.}

CONTENT RESTRICTIONS
_{The Artist will decline commissions involving:
  • NSFW;
  • Vehicles;
  • Very complex robots;
  • Large and very detailed scenarios
  • Offensive, illegal, or ethically objectionable themes.}

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
_{By commissioning, the Client acknowledges full understanding and agreement with these Terms and to be of legal age or have authorization to make payments.
Violations may result in:
  • Legal action;
  • Banned from future commissions.}
